Hi Beth Strayer. I've had some users watch a video to learn the movements before actually doing the workouts. They pause the video and practice the movement and then continue the video. Once they have the idea behind all the movements, they then do the workout. Some videos and movements take longer to master than others, and some videos you may find helpful to pause if you need more time.
This program is pretty fast paced (great, efficient workouts, but fast-paced).
