Hi Rebecca -- thanks for reaching out to us! With the Basic membership, you're given up to 2 credits/week to watch Premium videos. 1 credit = 1 Grokker Premium Video view. Each week, your account is "checked", and when you've fallen below 2 credits, your account will be trued back up to 2 credits. If you have 2 or more credits on your credit "check" date, no new credits will be added until the following week when your account is checked again. You can find the number of credits you have as well as your next credit grant date by navigating to your Account Settings. The credit grant date happens every 7 days from the date that you first registered.
