On my June activity calendar, I have 2 days (14th and 15th) that claimed the IDT, but 2 show as red circles, not the green square. This happens once in a great while -- can anyone please tell me why?
I think that Grokker's computer programming team may be struggling with a glitch. The same has happened to me. I recommend emailing support@grokkker.com and being prepared to wait days or weeks for a resolution. Good luck!
