Kevin Fong, Do you have recommendations on how to get stronger, decrease pain and add flexibility to an injured hip/leg that includes metal rods in hip and femur?
Hi Amanda. Despite the metal hardware in your hip, most often the rehab protocol, process and recommendations are no different than those without metal. Stretching muscle, strength and conditioning, speed and jump training...all the same. Therefore, the hip videos should apply to you. Just let pain guide you on how much to progress your rehab.
