Why are my programs that I have completed not showing as complete even though I have done all the workouts and claimed my I Did This for them?

I am also having the same issue in the 3 programs I am doing. Sent email on the Deep Sleep program. Have the same issue with the 21 Day Happy Yoga and Walk Strong: Low Impact Cardio
