This is a very quick but very effective 10 minute abs and obliques workout that you can do anywhere, anytime. All you need is ten minutes, and an exercise mat or a spot of carpet (or another otherwise moderately forgiving surface)

Instructions

Workout Structure:
10 Abs exercises
50 Seconds each
10 Seconds break/transition time in between each active interval
The transition time between each move is quick; you will be shown a preview of the next upcoming exercise in the upper left hand corner of the screen, roughly ten seconds before that next interval starts.
