Hi Isabel White. I just saw this post. Have you gotten this sorted out yet? I did a quick look at your account, and it looked like you rejoined on July 13 for a year. And it doesn't look like you'll be billed again until July 2019. If you are still experiencing issues, can you please email us at support@grokker.com and we would be happy to look into this for you. Good Day, I just rejoined but my billing day is incorrect. It says June 2018, but I just rejoined today.
