Hello. I've heard about Grokker's dishonest billing practice of running credit cards without warning the customer, but I didn't want to believe Grokker would do that -- until it happened to me. Grokker sent no email about charging my credit card and shows no billing history in my Grokker account. Yet, after searching through my credit card statements, I finally found the hidden Grokker charge. What the heck!! This is not ethical. Please contact me via email to resolve this issue. Thank you.
