I need a refund on my credit card for I have cancelled your service and keep being charged!

This has happened to me too today £80.51. That is almost all I had in my bank. I am so upset. I have emailed them, Do you think they will refund me?

I have cancelled my Grokker and I am still being charged $14.99 on my credit card....Please refund my money and stop charging my card! Thank you!!!!!!!!!
