Hi A R. There a few places that you can see what videos is scheduled and when. If you are doing a program, you may go to the program page. On the leftside of the screen, the dates indicate which video is scheduled. In addition, you may go to your calendar (select your profile icon, select "My Profile" and then click on the tab of "Calendar"). This lists all your workouts that are scheduled.
