I see "Disney" on your profile. If that is the case you redeem your points through the hub. Search for "be well..." you will see a topic about "Disney branded" items. Click on that. It will list "sign up" etc. Then you should see a link to redeem points. It will tell you how many points you have. Go through the rewards, add item(s) to you cart, then hit "check out".

Can't do it through app or website. Only through hub. Disney incentive, not GROKKER.
