Tracking Progress

I've found it really useful to visually represent my progress when I'm trying to get to a goal. On Grokker, I'm using the calendar, and it's okay. I try to fill up 6 circles per line. I was wondering if anybody used anything else to track their exercise. http://imgur.com/a/bEAFw
