Enhance Your Kundalini Yoga Practice with these 3 Mantras

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is what many believe to be the most efficient way to align body, mind and spirit with the limitless Universe. In this type of yoga, the focus is on awakening the Kundalini Energy. An important way to awaken this energy is through Mantras that are repeated silently to ourselves, or aloud, during your practice.

What is a Mantra?

A Mantra is a tool to harness the mind. It is an arrangement of sounds and words that enable you to channel your inner being. In a Kundalini Yoga practice, we connect to our highest level of consciousness through the repetition of Mantras.
