Hi Angela Gordon. Great question. You have a few options here. If you missed a few days, but you would like to keep going, you may manually reschedule the workouts on your calendar to the dates you wish. If you missed a lot of time and feel it would be better to restart the program, you can definitely do that. If you chose to restart, you will need to navigate to the program page and scroll down to where is says "Changed your mind? Leave the Program". Once you've left the program, you may restart and choose which day works best for you to start it.
