How do I do the Inverted Crab? My toes don't reach my plexus.

Hi Ian!

Inverted Crab pose, AKA Reverse Tabletop pose, is a modification for Upward Plank pose. Your toes should be pointing forward and yearning towards your yoga mat. It's okay if they don't touch the mat yet, but that's the goal.
