I believe it is counted by hours, the duration of the videos, not dollars. Once you reach certain levels, Silver, Gold, etc. those hours will translate into different levels (values) of reward gifts. Last year, I maxed out the hours of wellbeing, and was able to order a set of earpods that were worth about $100.
