Daniella gives both the spiritual and physical aspects of the Hatha yoga practice and presents them in a way that is palpable and applicable to every day life.
Each class includes a philosophical theme that gives greater meaning to why we practice with detailed verbal cues of how to align each pose, hands-on adjustments, and demonstrations of poses with clear explanations.
