In her newest series, Anna Olson will teach you the skills and techniques you need to make your favorite bakeshop treats. Including, blondies, brownies, and Anna Olson’s homemade Three Musketeer Bars.

Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

This classic lemon poppy seed loaf is a definite family favorite. Packed full of tangy lemon zest, and topped with a rich lemony glaze, makes this loaf perfect for sharing with friends over a cup of tea.

Chocolate Brownies

These are Anna's ultimate brownies; rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. You will not believe her secret ingredient that keeps these brownies the most fudge-y and ridiculously delicious brownies you've ever eaten.

Chocolate Almond Toffee Bars

These chocolate almond toffee bars are sinfully delicious and so incredibly easy to make. They are packed full of delicious Skor toffee bits, it has a graham cracker crumb base, and a whole tin of condensed milk; these really are truly decadent.

Tangy Lemon Squares

Cream cheese is the real secret behind these lemon squares – they lend richness but also a tang that enhances the tart lemon. It also gives the lemon filling structure, so that it doesn’t leak into or underneath the shortbread base. Making them in a food processor also keeps the work time to a minimum.

Stawberry Swirl Cheesecake Squares

These decadent cheesecake squares have swirls of strawberry jam and well as a crisp and delicious graham cracker crumb base, making these the perfect treat for any tea party.

Frosted Banana Nut Bars

These bars are different than banana bread – they are sweeter and denser, slicing easily into little bites. The orange zest lends a nice nuance to the bars and the frosting dresses them up a bit.

Peanut Butter Blondies

Blondies earn their name because they showcase white chocolate, or even no chocolate at all. This peanut butter version is chewy and moist, but not over-the-top sweet.

D'Artagnan Bars

This is a homemade version of a 3 Musketeers bar, a childhood favorite of mine. That super-sweet chocolate filling is in fact a variation on divinity, a soft and chewy meringue candy. A candy thermometer is recommended for this recipe, to ensure that the divinity candy layer achieves just the right melt-in-your-mouth result.

Date Squares

These date squares are wonderfully quick and easy to make, but are completely delicious. Packed full of orange flavored date puree, and surrounded but a delicious crumble makes these squares crunchy and irresistibly delicious.

Date Squares

These crisp yet tender and buttery cookies qualify as shortbread since they contain no egg and are irresistibly delicious.
