There are not any videos that say that they are specific for gout, but I found some that follow the guidelines for a gout specific diet. If you find a recipe that works for you that you really like you can create a Collection for all of them so that you can reference them at anytime. I just found some recipes that include things like a lean meat like chicken that would be good or a low fructose fruit smoothie with greek yogurt and a low carb salad.
