Hi! I passionately teach, film and write about yoga, Pilates/Core, HIIT and most other forms of bodyweight only workouts and have the distinction of being the most watched online yoga and Pilates guy. Pilates Style magazine named my Pilates for Men DVD the "Best Male Workout", my premier book, Power Yoga for Athletes from Fair Winds Press will be released June 15th wherever books are sold, and I just launched the Sean Vigue Fitness App to help people reach their fitness goals anywhere and anytime. I also worked 10+ years as a professional singer/actor and have been known to sing complex opera arias while holding a variety of planks.
