Hi Mary Ann. 😊 . Great question. I've attached a video that may help you get started.
These are the things that I find helpful:
1. Plan my week on Sunday, and schedule days/times that I'm going to gym. Then make it a priority to follow through.
2. While driving to gym, I start to plan what I'm going to do while there so my time is productive and I can be in and out as quickly as possible.
3. Vary my routines when at gym so that I don't get bored.
4. When I can't find time to go to the gym, I try to find a short workout I can do at home. My recent go-to are our "Daily Workouts". They're quick (15 min) and I get in a great workout.
