I did a LIT video and did NOT realize how out of shape I was, but I pushed through and did what I could. Now my legs are super sore.!What exercises do I do to keep progressing and let my legs mend?

I would recommend that you incorporate yoga into your weekly workout as this will help you to stretch out and build strength after your LIT workouts. Please find two programs that may be of interest to you:
