I just received my genetic fitness profile the results advising I would respond well to higher intensity, low volume training, could anyone advise the best Grokker workouts for this please thank you

I'm going to defer to the experts on this question. Sam Skelton or Sarah Kusch, can either of you direct Mary-Jane Verdier to some good workouts?
