I’m happy with my yoga and cardio routines. Wanna add strength training to keep bone density. I like classes with warm up and cold down

I'm going to defer to the experts on this question. Sam Skelton or Sarah Kusch, can either of you direct Mary-Jane Verdier to some good workouts?
