I've connected my Apple Health but it's not pulling in any of my steps or workout data. What do I do?

I was having the same problem and everything was set to sync but it wasn't. I removed and reinstalled the app and when I logged in it gave me prompt to allow access to Apple and now syncing properly.

Hi Brent Martignoni. If you are having issues with your Apple workouts syncing to Grokker, I first suggest you take a look at this article to make sure you have Apple Health properly set-up: https://grokker.com/faq#connecttracker. The next step is to make sure you are signed-in on the Grokker app on the same device your Apple Watch is connected to (if you are logged out of Grokker, those workouts won't sync until you sign into Grokker). If all of that fails, please email us at support@grokker.com and we would be happy to help troubleshoot this with you.

Same issue - in response to Debbie Coldiron's note - none of the workouts recorded in Apple Health seem to be syncing with Grokker or making it to this site, including Bike rides, Workouts, or steps (which Debbie noted don't seem to count)...

Hi Addie Padernal. Please note that Grokker will not sync steps recorded. You have to have an actual "Workout" tracked for it to sync.

You are welcome to email us at support@grokker.com. It would be helpful to know what specific workout did not sync to Grokker.
