When I do strength training, I like to also do cardio the same day. Does it matter if I strength train first then cardio, or vice versa?
Hi Samantha, I would be happy to offer a little insight. I am not a fitness expert but from what I know it does not matter which you do first it is up to your personal preference and what you are comfortable with. It is just important to make sure that you incorporate at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day.
