Dr. Christensen Pacella is a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at University of Nevada Las Vegas. She received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Ohio State University in 2019 after completing her doctoral internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Christensen Pacella completed a three-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Kansas and joined the faculty of UNLV in July 2022. She has authored 61 peer-reviewed journal articles, three book chapters, and more than 100 conference, research, and outreach presentations. Based on her innovative contributions to the field, she was named a 2025 Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Sciences. Her research has been funded by American Academy of Sleep Medicine, National Institute of Mental Health, National Institute of General Medical Sciences, and the Department of Defense.READ FULL BIO
