I'm a female needing to lose about 40lbs. I used to be an athlete with my workouts and still workout daily and eat healthfully. What do you suggest to kick-start my weightloss?

I'm on a weight loss journey myself and I find that a good night's sleep and meal prepping have been super helpful for me. It enables me to wake up refreshed and motivated to start the day off right.
