I am interested in how Yoga can help build bone density after a diagnosis of osteoperosis? I am relatively new to Yoga but would love to incorporate it into my routine if this can help.

Yoga is very low-impact. Yoga has tremendous health benefits, but building bone density isn't really one of them. Your best bet is weight-bearing exercises like walking and dancing.
