Hi Tom Rowan. Based on this description, it almost sounds like you were seeing the preview to the videos instead of the full length of them. That typically happens when a user isn't signed-in.
If you continue to have problems, can you please email us at support@grokker.com and we would be happy to investigate for you. The things you will want to note are (a) are you using the app or website to watch the videos? (b) what videos are giving you a problems? (c) have you tried signing all the way out and then back in again to see if that corrects the problem?
