Hi Ashantia Curtis. During the summer, I definitely enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables: strawberries, fresh brocolli, grilled mushrooms, or fresh cantelope. I like to eat humus with raw vegetables. I also like to add fresh blueberries to plain Greek yogurt and add some granola as a good snack option. Hope this gives you some new ideas.
