Hi Sarah -- I don't believe in water fasting and I don't recommend it. However, you could do water/juice/detox smoothie/green soups for a few days. Check out these Grokker smoothie + soup recipes. Two things to keep in mind when going through any detox protocol. 1) Make sure your digestion and elimination pathways are working first. You want to be able to eliminate those toxins otherwise they'll just recirculate in the body. 2) When you are done with the detox, gradually ease back into regular eating with lighter, veggie-forward meals.
