Most people don’t get enough protein. After any workout, protein is crucial for replenishing muscle with amino acids. In this Grokker Premium video, expert Jaime McFaden shares her smoothie recipe to perk you up after the workouts in her Tone and Trim series. With superfoods spinach and fresh fruits, this smoothie is protein-packed and full of vitamins and minerals, all in one quick cup!

Cooking Recipe

¾ cup Greek yogurt
½ bunch spinach
1 apple, small
½ cup chopped mango
½ cup ice

Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute. For a thicker smoothie, blend for 30 seconds. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a little water and blend longer.
