¾ cup Greek yogurt ½ bunch spinach 1 apple, small ½ cup chopped mango 1 cup ice Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute. For a thicker smoothie, blend for 30 seconds. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a little water and blend longer.
