-Plan your meals ahead of time
-Always keep healthy snacks on hand
-Stay hydrated by drinking more water and cutting the sugary drinks
-Use mindfulness to control cravings
-Don't eat while distracted
-80/20 rule - allow for some wiggle room in your diet
-Ditch processed foods and choose natural alternatives
