2 cups of mixed fresh or frozen vegetables
1 cup of cooked brown rice or quinoa
Your choice of protein
2 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, or chopped nuts
