Cooking Recipe

Handful of organic kale
Handful of organic spinach
½ Avocado
½ cup large flaked oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds/linseeds
1-1 ½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp organic nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, cashew)
Optional: matcha green tea powder
Toppings: mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, coconut flakes, bee pollen, chia seeds
