Ingredients:
¼ cup kale
½ cup pak choi
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup honeydew melon
4 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 ½ cups water
Instructions:
Simply put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. It’s best to drink straight away, but put the rest in a jar and take out with you to drink as soon as you can during the day.
