This chia green smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. Quick and easy to make, and absolutely packed with nutrients. This recipe is part of Natasha's Honestly Healthy Six-Day Slim Down Cleanse.

Cooking Recipe

serves: 2

¼ cup kale
½ cup pak choi
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup honeydew melon
4 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 ½ cups water

Simply put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. It’s best to drink straight away, but put the rest in a jar and take out with you to drink as soon as you can during the day.
