Smoothies are super quick to make and a great way of filling your body with nutrients before or after a yoga workout. Combining delicious almond milk, blueberries, ginger, apples and banana, Julie makes a creamy and anti-oxidant packed drink that tastes as just delicious as it looks.

Cooking Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 banana
An inch of ginger
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of plant-based milk
1 apple

Directions:
1. Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. For a chunkier smoothie blend for about 30 seconds, and for a smoothie that is less chunky leave it blender for longer.

Green Acai Berry Bowl

Servings: 1 bowl
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen is good if you want it nice and cold!)
1/2 cup coconut water
3 dates (pitted)
1 pear
large handful of spinach
1 teaspoon of acai powder (or more if you fancy!)

For the topping
1 small handful of blueberries
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp bee pollen

Directions:
1. Place ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. For a chunkier smoothie blend for about 30 seconds, and for a smoothie that is less chunky leave it blender for longer.

2. Serve in a bowl, topped with the toppings. Adjust the toppings as desired.

Papaya and Coconut Milk Shake

Servings: 2 Large milkshakes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 a papaya
1 cup of coconut water
1/2 a cup of fresh coconut meat
1 cup of ice cubes

Directions:
1. Take your high speed blender and mix all of the ingredients together, then you’re ready to serve and enjoy!
