This delicious avocado dip is a fantastic mid-afternoon snack to help you keep your energetic and satisfied. This recipe is part of Natasha's Honestly Healthy Six-Day Slim Down Cleanse.

Cooking Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed
2 tbsp sweet miso paste
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 small garlic clove, finely grated
1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish with lemon zest and a sprinkling of herbs

Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until velvety smooth. Decant into a bowl and garnish with lemon zest and a sprinkling of herbs.
