Watermelon salad? What's the big deal? How can you make a watermelon taste better? Well, come along for the ride, folks. Think cubes of chilled sweet watermelon, tossed with a dressing made with citrus & topped with watermelon icy slush, with a sprinkle of sea salt & citrus zest (and maybe add a splash of bourbon for the adults?) This fun salad recipe also makes a healthy dessert. Grokker Premium video in the Asian Cuisine with California Sensibilities collection by Chef Alex Ong of Betelnut Restaurant.
