Ingredients: (4 servings)
Jarred tomato sauce
Sliced fresh mozzarella
1. Turn your oven's broiler on high and move the rack to the top third of the oven.
2. Place flatbread on a large baking sheet and spread each one with a layer of tomato sauce. Add a few slices of mozzarella to each naan and fill in the gaps with fresh basil. You can add any other topping you like here. Turkey pepperoni, olives, veggies…go crazy!
3. Broil the pizza for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
4. Once out of the oven, add more fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil to each pizza. Slice and serve immediately.
This pairs nicely with a side salad for a complete dinner.
