Be Well Q4 Rewards-Eligible Programs
Complete one of the Grokker programs below to help you thrive at work and at home. Choose from 4 NEW Grokker programs designed to help you feel your best! These programs range from mobility and stretching sessions, to micro workouts to boost productivity, to programs focused on helping you refresh your mind and restore calm and tranquility.
The following steps must be taken to ensure you receive your 1,000 Be Well points for completing the program. Please be sure to complete all of these steps:
- During Q4 of the Be Well program rewards period (July 2025 - September 2025), select a program of your choice from the below options and click "JOIN PROGRAM".
- Watch each video in its entirety. You will not receive credit if you are fast forwarding through any of the videos within the program and will be deemed incomplete. All of the videos in the program must be watched by September 26, 2025 to earn your Be Well points for program Q4.
For rewardable activities: Complete the action before the last week of the quarter to receive the reward in the current quarter.
Complete your selected program through the free Grokker mobile app (iOs or Android) or via the Grokker website between 7/1/25 - 9/26/25 to receive your 1,000 Be Well points.
Note: It may take up to 10 business days following completion for your reward to be reflected in your Be Well account.

Wondering how you can check and confirm you completed the program in its entirety?
- Visit "My Profile" selected from your initials in the upper right hand corner, and
- Click on the Programs tab to verify whether the program has been completed.
*In the U.S., employees and spouses/domestic partners currently enrolled in Trane Technologies medical coverage who complete 1 of the rewards-eligible programs in its entirety during the stated time period will receive 1,000 Be Well points.
