Q3 2024 Be Well Rewards-Eligible Programs
Complete one of the Grokker programs below to help you take charge of your physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being. Choose from programs focused on helping you break from stress, gentle stretching, financial planning and help with building healthy relationships!
The following steps must be taken to ensure you receive your 1,000 Be Well points for completing the program. Please be sure to complete all of these steps:
- During Q3 of the Be Well program rewards period (April 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024), select a program of your choice from the below options and click "JOIN PROGRAM".
- Watch each video in its entirety. You will not receive credit if you are fast forwarding through any of the videos within the program and will be deemed incomplete. All of the videos in the program must be watched by June 30, 2024 to earn your Be Well points for Q3.
For rewardable activities: Complete the action before the last week of the quarter to receive the reward in the current quarter.
Complete your selected program through the free Grokker mobile app (iOs or Android) or via the Grokker website between 4/1/24 - 6/30/24 to receive your 1,000 Be Well points.
Note: It may take up to 10 business days following completion for your reward to be reflected in your Be Well account.

Intermediate
5 videos (Avg 38 min)
Beginner
16 videos (Avg 5 min)
Beginner/Intermediate
5 videos (Avg 28 min)
Wondering how you can check and confirm you completed the program in its entirety?
- Visit "My Profile" selected from your initials in the upper right hand corner, and
- Click on the Programs tab to verify whether the program has been completed.
*In the U.S., employees and spouses currently enrolled in Trane Technologies medical coverage who complete 1 of the rewards-eligible programs in its entirety during the stated time period will receive 1,000 Be Well points.
