Help!
I sprained my ankle ...
Any suggestions for workouts that focus on upper body + lower body without weight bearing .(yoga would be ok too) Thanks

Oh no a sprained ankle definitely hurts! Here are a few videos that I found that are more focused on upper body + core to try and not put too much pressure on the ankle.
