Equipment Required: Pilates Ball/Small Exercise Ball and Exercise Mat

The workout consists of a series of different core exercises performed on a mat with the ball used to support your back and isolate the various muscles of the core. Most of the exercises are performed for 10 reps using a variety of different upper body movements combined with different leg positions.
