Details

Equipment Required: A single dumbbell or other weight

The 10 minute workout consists of a series of exercises that are all completed from a standing position using a weight to engage the core through a controlled range of motion.

You will complete two rounds of each exercise-

Standing Back Extension
Overhead Oblique Crunches
Side Lateral Crunches
Around the Worlds
Waiter Rotations
Lateral Chops
Squat to Good Mornings​
