I have joint hypermobility & have loose rotator cuffs in both shoulders. I've tried PT several times to no avail. I also have fibromyalgia :( Any recommendations on yoga, stretching, any-thing? <3

Yes! My favorites are by Angelo Dela Cruz. I've noticed I have less hip and joint pain since completing his "5 To Thrive" program.
He is also very knowledgeable about what parts of the body the movements impact.
