Not fully understanding the ask. I'd say whatever workout you do. You'd want to hit 10-12 reps. A lot of people now say to perform high repetition workouts to burn more but it's highy ill advised. Increased repetition causes more muscle fiber tears, which increase recovery time, which can lead to injury. High reps do provide better muscle roundness when developing but if you're not eating enough to properly recover, or running a cycle, then you'd want to stick with what's best for natural progression.
