Hi Carol -- thanks for reaching out to us! HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high-intensity bursts of exercise with slower intervals to recover. HIIT workouts typically last anywhere from 15-40 minutes and are believed to have more fat-burning potential than traditional, moderate intensity cardio.
