In this workout, you will ignite your whole body with tabata supersets and a 4 minute sequence during which you will complete as many reps as possible before earning a well deserved rest. HIIT workouts combine a series of short duration, high-intensity exercises followed by lower intensity intervals of active recovery. This type of training will get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time, including an afterburn effect that will help you burn more calories than traditional cardio. Warm Up

Lateral lunge
Sumo squat with curtsey lunge
Squat with concentrated curl

Tabata Sets:
Rockette
Push up with diagonal reaches
Flying jack knives
Four-corner jumps

4-minute AMRAP: As Many Rounds as Possible
Complete as many rounds of the exercises as you can in four minutes. Record your results to track your progress.
All-Levels Reps:
