Join Fitness Expert Elyssia Noble in this Grokker Premium video as she helps you to shed fat and get fit in this high intensity interval cardio workout. You should be using this video to workout on Day 3 of the first week of the program.

Things you will need: Step or Bench, Medicine Ball (optional)

6 Minute Warm-up
10 Minute high intensity interval training
6 Minute Warm-Down

Exercises:
Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, do 20 seconds of sit-ups, 10 seconds rest, then on to the next exercise. The complete circuit of eight exercises (including 4 sets of situps) is repeated twice:

Mountain Climbers
Medicine Balls Squats + Throws (ball is optional)
Step-Overs
Squat Jumps
